Crisis Shelter Case Manager (Part Time
Overnight):
To provide residential clients direct ongoing
support and expertise through assessment, planning, implementation and overall
evaluation of individual resident needs and to enhance the quality of resident
services and satisfaction, to provide continuity of care through the integrating
and functions of case management and discharge planning.
Services provided in a positive, supportive, and
nurturing environment.
Position hours are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from
10:30pm – 8:30am.
A Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
Rights of Passage Youth Advisor (Part
Time Overnight):
To provide supervision and delivery of residential
services to residents in the independent living program.
Services provided in a positive, supportive, and
nurturing environment.
Position hours are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from
12:00 midnight to 6:00am.
A bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
