With a career dedicated to advocating for and improving the lives of youth, Taylor Brand, LCSW brings a high level of non-profit leadership expertise to Covenant House Georgia. Taylor has over twenty years’ experience serving youth from direct service, clinical supervision, program management, and executive leadership. Taylor held various leadership positions within private, non- profit social service organizations where her responsibilities included managing a 24/7 emergency shelter for children ages 0-18 and a runaway and homeless youth program for ages 18-21; clinical supervision and program direction for a child advocacy center; family preservation/behavioral health organization; foster care and adoption agency; and an unaccompanied minor program. Taylor’s career reflects her deep commitment to service, advocacy, and social justice.Taylor earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Georgia, and holds a clinical license in Georgia.
