Since beginning in the spring of 2018, the Scholars in Service program has fostered 4 cohorts of the next generation of Atlanta's philanthropists and community advocates through a scholarship program rooted in the spirit of service and designed to cultivate a dedication to community, lifelong learning, and humanity to high school students across the Metro Atlanta area. Scholars have made personal and lasting connections through service, met the youth at CHGA and heard their experiences, and learned about philanthropy and leadership from Atlanta's nonprofit leaders, all while raising funds and awareness on behalf of Atlanta's youth facing homelessness and trafficking.
To celebrate the program's fifth cohort, we are revamping the program and taking it to the next level in summer 2022!
