Gift of Hope Apartment Building

In spring 2022, Covenant House Georgia proudly opened the Gift of Hope Apartment Building—a three-story, 20,000-square-foot on-site facility designed to empower young people on their journey to independence.

The building features 30 studio-style apartments, each equipped with a private kitchen, bathroom, and living area. These single-unit residences provide a safe and peaceful environment for youth experiencing homelessness and escaping trafficking, offering both stability and a critical next step toward self-sufficiency.

With built-in flexibility, the Gift of Hope Apartment Building allows CHGA to adapt to the changing needs of the youth we serve and can even function as overflow shelter space in times of crisis. Several units are also fully ADA-compliant, ensuring accessibility for all young people in our care.
