Join the Spring Sleep Out and be part of the international movement to end youth homelessness. Community members from across Atlanta will come together on March 25, 2022 for one night in solidarity for the ever growing population of young people facing homelessness in our city and across the globe.
4.2 million youth face homelessness every year. And according to the 2019 homeless youth count done by Georgia State University, there are 3,300 youth experiencing homelessness in metro Atlanta alone. Each of them has a story, a dream, and a future — one that they can build with the support and care from staff at Covenant House.
Sleep Out participants advocate for these futures by enduring one night of uncomfortable sleep and raising critical funds to help Covenant House Georgia provide 24/7 shelter, sanctuary, and support to youth overcoming homelessness.
Covenant House Georgia is committed to house, care for, and empower young people overcoming homelessness. As housing has become healthcare and rates of unemployment and evictions continue to rise, the care that Covenant House provides has never been more critical.
